Acceptance

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgentAudit website, API, SDKs, and dashboard (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

AgentAudit provides real-time guardrails, audit trails, and compliance monitoring for AI agents. The Service includes the hosted API, associated developer tools, and web dashboard. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

AgentAudit is currently in public beta. The beta label means features, pricing, and availability may change, and occasional downtime or data loss may occur. We recommend keeping your own backups of critical data.

Account and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our pricing. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the dashboard. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

Free plans are subject to usage quotas. If you exceed your quota, additional requests may be blocked until the next usage period or until you upgrade.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to process or distribute illegal content, violate third-party rights, attack or abuse the Service, or interfere with other users.

Data and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide, improve, and secure the Service. We will not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

AgentAudit owns the Service, its code, branding, and documentation, subject to the open-source licenses published in our GitHub repository.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@agentaudit.online. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or others.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain data as described in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

Disclaimer and beta status

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Because the Service is in beta, you use it at your own risk.

AgentAudit is a compliance aid, not a substitute for legal advice or certified compliance frameworks. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of AI meets applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentAudit and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you used a free plan.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentAudit and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
