Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You may not use the AgentAudit Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• Infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Process or store data that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or obscene.
• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
• Distribute malware, ransomware, viruses, or any code intended to harm or interfere with systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or underlying infrastructure.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or other usage controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or probe the Service except as permitted by its published API documentation.
• Use the Service to build or operate a competing product without our written consent.
• Submit content that contains child sexual abuse material, promotes violence, or encourages self-harm.

Data responsibilities

You are responsible for the data your agents submit to AgentAudit. You must ensure that you have the right to process that data and that doing so complies with applicable privacy laws, employment agreements, and terms of service of the underlying AI providers.

Do not submit sensitive personal information to AgentAudit unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate authorization. If you must process personal data, configure your compliance rules to minimize retention and disclosure.

Security and abuse

You must keep your account credentials and API keys secure. You may not share API keys publicly or expose them in client-side code. You must report any suspected security vulnerability or unauthorized use to support@agentaudit.online rather than exploiting it.

You may not use the Service in a way that degrades performance or availability for other users, including excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or resource exhaustion.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, removing data, reporting to authorities, and pursuing legal remedies. Our decision is final unless we agree otherwise.

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the website.
